We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right fit based on your child’s age, height, and weight. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up for growing kids.

☑️ Do Kukoo’s clothes shrink after washing?
Our garments are pre-washed and pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. Follow the care instructions on the label to maintain the fit and quality.

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your products, add them to cart, and follow the checkout process.

☑️ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders.

☑️ Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders are processed made to order bases within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

☑️ Is shipping free?
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. A nominal ₹50 fee applies to orders below ₹999.

☑️ How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.

☑️ Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and customized items are non-returnable.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

☑️ When will I receive my refund?
If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
