At Kukoo’s Kidswear, we strive to deliver your little one’s favorite outfits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:

 

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

⏳ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

📦 Delivery Time

Delivery within metros & major cities: 5–7 business days.

Delivery to other locations: 7–9 business days, depending on pin code and courier availability.

 

Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or service interruptions beyond our control.

 

🪙 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders although on C.O.D nominal ₹80 shipping fee may aplies to avaoid fake orders.

 

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your package.

 

📩 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
